About the Project:
The American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), a gathering that highlighted the organization’s dedication to fostering trade, investment, and economic growth between Bangladesh and the United States. The event featured discussions on key business issues, the election of new board members, and a review of AmCham’s achievements over the past year, with a focus on future opportunities.
CEMS Global's Role:
CEMS Global, as the consultancy service provider for the AGM, played a pivotal role in ensuring the event’s success. Their responsibilities included:
- Event Planning & Management: Developing a comprehensive roadmap for the AGM, CEMS Global handled all pre-event planning, including venue selection, scheduling, and coordination of guest speakers and attendees.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between AmCham, sponsors, and stakeholders, CEMS Global ensured clear communication and alignment with the event’s objectives.
- Media and Promotions: CEMS Global managed the event’s promotional activities, ensuring media presence and engagement, along with overseeing public relations to boost the event's visibility.
